This website is kept up to date with the latest information for the Bore and includes past Chairman’s Reports, and the current Budget.
The 2014 Chairman’s Report is attached.
The Board regrets the rate rise from 70 cents to 80 cents, but is facing a significant lift in electricity costs. The Board is actively pursuing options with off peak power and supplementing power with solar energy.
The Chairman and Board wish to place on record their appreciation of the valuable contribution to the scheme and its administration by John Mulckey over many years.
The Board has recently purchased a second hand Mini Excavator with its own trailer, and expects to save on call out fees particularly for the small but urgent repairs.
